What is an author, whose books you avoid like plague?
Cassandra Claire sorry. Read city of bones and I just hated the brother-sister plot twist at the end and refused to read anymore books
Anna wrote: "Colleen hoover, I just don´t get the hype"So agree. I’ve read 2 of her book - Verity and Too Late which were both ok but not enough for me to go head over hills to read. And I’m a person who reads all books.
Colleen Hoover and Sarah J. Maas. for colleen i just dont fw her and for sarah most of the reviews i've seen have been... less than flavoury... and while i usually don't let others' opinions drive me away from checking something out, in this particular case i prefer to simply not read her books
and ofc jk rowling. im trans so i dont think i need to explain why
Sarah J. MassI tried, I really did try to love her and her books, but I really don't get what the hype about ACoTaR and Throne of Glass is about.
Colleen Hoover. I thought I would but dude, she writes with no grammar or punctuation. And she writes about the worst things.
Juli wrote: "colleen hoover" I have seen a lot of people recommending these books. Are her books like Nicholas Sparks where is always has a death and bittersweet sad ending?
so_big_hope wrote: "Black wrote: "Coho and whoever wrote percy jackson."Oh, why PJ author (Rick Riordan)?"
yeah him
i despise his books
Stephanie Myer, her writing is absolutely not great in my personal opinion. I definitely understand why people love Twilight and read her books though!
I'll have to agree and say colleen hoover. The writing sucks and so do the story lines. She romanticizes abuse and then says she's writing the books for awareness???
I'm going to have the unpopular one - Stephen King. Literally the only book of his that I enjoyed was Misery. The rest of them ramble so much that I completely lose track of what's happening in the story. And in the books where he doesn't ramble like that, the book is just plain boring.
Makenzie wrote: "I'll have to agree and say colleen hoover. The writing sucks and so do the storylines. She romanticizes abuse and then says she's writing the books for awareness???"And how she writes her character's interactions makes me wonder if they're 25-year-olds.
Never have I ever read such shitty writing.

Spends WAY too much time on details that are completely unnecessary. I read the entire Wheel of Time series, and that is time I wish I could get back.
Sarah J Mass, Victoria Aveyard, Colleen Hoover. Their books are not my cup of tea, frankly speaking. Also JK. Rowling, though for entirely different reasons... I don't like TERFS.
*cough* colleen *cough* hoover What? I may or may not have gotten the plague from my friend at school who reads nothing but her stuff
Honestly, Stephen king, the writting is not my thing. Also, Coleen Hoover, I've checked reviews and spoilers about some of her books and I dont like the protagonists or the love interest.
Avie wrote: "JK Rowling. I’m sorry."Don't be, it is fair. Although if you still want to read without supporting her well you can always, you know *Jack Sparrow noises*
Rebecca Yarros - Fourth Wing, sorry not sorry. The facebook group I'm in exploded about so much different special (hardcover) editions of this book that I became resent it
I love Stephanie Garber and Jennifer Armentrout. They are both queens in fantasy worlds like Sara J Maas.
