Merging and deleting a number of editions

Hello!

I need a wonderful librarian to help me. I came across Shannon Hale’s author page and her books are kind of a mess. I did my best to organize it up below but I’m not 100% sure I understand the Goodreads rules for combining certain editions so I turn to the librarians.

This just needs to be deleted. The listing doesn’t have an actual title, the cover is actually two covers put together, and the ASIN listed isn’t real.

Combining does not need a superlibrarian.

I knew that I didn't need a superlibrarian for combining things, but there were a few deletions in there which do require a SL.

It's best to open one topic per request. That will get a faster response, besides enabling you to post in the correct folder.

If you choose to list multiple requests in the same post, please number them. Also understand that requests with multiple requests are more likely to be skipped by those librarians who might not be able to devote an extended amount of time to requests.

I think all combine's are done, samplers are not combined with the original.
Merged the book of the other Shannon.
