A title that starts with W (23rd letter in the English alphabet).

WOW I can NOT believe how many books I have on my short list of "really want to read soon" that start with W. SO MANY GOOD BOOKS!!

I'm really not sure how to pick just one.

Listopia is here:

Jen W. (piratenami) | 517 comments I added a bunch to the listopia, but I have so many.

I'm considering:
Witch King (depending when it comes out)
When Women Were Dragons
War Girls
Wake of Vultures

Ones I've already read and enjoyed:
Wheel of the Infinite
War for the Oaks
Witchmark
Wonder Woman: Warbringer (Bonus - all words in the title start with 'W')
Well Met
What Moves the Dead
Winter's Orbit
With the Fire on High
A Wizard’s Guide to Defensive Baking
The Witch Boy (graphic novel)

Ron | 2708 comments Found two which fit perfectly with my Indigenous authors/theme goal that I'm aiming for in the main challenge:

The Wrath of Cochise: The Bascom Affair and the Origins of the Apache Wars

We Had a Little Real Estate Problem: The Unheralded Story of Native Americans and Comedy

Bea | 648 comments My choice: Wild Pork and Watercress

This book was planned for the Prompt for author with my own initials. I am intrigued by the title and can't wait to see what the book is about!

Ron | 2708 comments Oh, I found one that fits perfectly:

The Words We Keep

(I'm leaving out the article, 'The' since that's used so much.)

message 7: by Sherri (new)

Sherri Harris | 782 comments I read The Winners

Cornerofmadness | 805 comments I read Wildblood by Lauren Blackwood as it was an arc I needed to review. It should be out soon. I enjoyed it

Diana (candystripelegs) | 246 comments I was going to read A Wilderness of Stars, but The Witch Hunt came in first so I went with that. I actually liked it better than the first book in that series.

message 11: by Jane (new)

Jane Fudger I read White Tiger by Aravind Adiga

LeahS | 491 comments When Breath Becomes Air by Paul Kalanithi. I don't tend to read medical memoirs, but this was very well written. The author was clearly very talented and it is good that at least this book has survived him and might help others.
