2023 Q1 2 - The 23rd book on a list

2021-21st book on my TBR in January (first month) - A Swiftly Tilting Planet
2022-22nd book on my TBR in the second month - White Oleander
The current 23 book is When We Were Vikings

However, I'm doing my pre-planning out my book challenges so I suppose I could go with the 23rd book on my TBR carts.
*****
Okay so I picked the 23rd book on my EFS shelf and this is what came up: Still Mad: American Women Writers and the Feminist Imagination

I read this years ago Becky and LOVED it. I still think about it from time to time, but no idea how well it's held up over the years.

I probably won't read this one until April since I'm doing my female authors only thing this month.

LOL that's clever!!!

I know I read that, but now, a few years later, all I remember is that there was a basement. The color red may have also played a role, or perhaps that was another story.
Maybe you have to already be a Lovecraft fan to "get it"? Because I didn't get it.

Rewild Yourself: 23 Spellbinding Ways to Make Nature More Visible by Simon Barnes.
It was a book of gentle advice on how to connect with nature in simple ways from sitting still to listening, to looking for dung ! I liked the quotes from the Narnia series, Harry Potter and Tolkien at the start of each chapter. A good book for a young teenager who is interested in birds and animals.

Oh that's clever!!! I decided to try it myself. The 23rd title on the list when I searched my library for "23" was:
Turbo Twenty-Three
Fitting.
(And I have not read that yet, either!)

Oh man perfect.
The Lost Journals of Sacajewea
(granted this one won't be released until later this month, but I added it to my TBR list anyways since I already pre-ordered it. And with 3 books on the way I gave it the number 3. Out of 23 numbers, that's the one I drew.)
Did I make this a bit more complicated then it should be? Probably.

I don't think this one will work to create a Listopia, but you COULD go to one of our many other Listopias and pick the 23rd book!!
