I read the second bridgerton book (the viscount who loved me) after reading the first one which I LOVED. The second one didn’t do it for me at all I much preferred the Netflix series.At some point I thought it was dragging the story out just to add the last couple of chapters and the preview I read of the third book didn’t do it for me either. So disappointing.

absolutely despised the cat and mouse duet (haunting/ hunting adeline)
Bunny by Mona Awad,at first i liked it but in the middle of the book it starts to get so confusing and weird it and literally made no sense.the writing style was cringy and the main character is boring and has no personality.i hated it
I can’t say that I hated it but I just don’t love it, and it’s The Pact by Jodi Picoult. It just felt drawn out for no reason.
Icebreaker and in the end they both die… Icebreaker was just in general not so interesting and in the end they both die was just boring.

i recently DNF-ed 'The Four' by Ellie Keel. i just couldn't get into it. maybe it was the mood i was in but if a book doesn't grab my attention within the first few chapters, i'm out.
