THE GIFT OF READING

Give yourself the perfect gift this holiday season by reading 5 books that you've always wanted to read (but never have), and be entered into a drawing to win one of several BIBLIOPHILE PRIZES.

Reading Challenge Official Rules
Any adult can participate, but to be entered in the prize drawing participants must:

1. Be a member of the Lincoln Parish Library Readers Club. (If not a member, you can join the club when you begin the challenge.)

2. Read 5 books you've always wanted to read between Thursday, December 1, 2022 and Monday, January 2, 2023.

3. Present his/her completed log to a staff member at one of the Information Kiosks by 8PM on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. (Scans or photos emailed to rhawkins@mylpl.org will be accepted).

The winner of each of the BIBLIOPHILE PRIZES will be posted to the LPL Readers Club group on Facebook. Winners will also be notified by phone.

Join the LPL Readers Club group on Facebook to keep up with monthly challenges, suggested book titles, and prize winners. Lists of display titles are also given on the Library's Goodreads Page (here).

I have a few books that I have been wanting to read for a little while now, but have been having trouble finding the time to read them. Now is my chance.

1. Mysterious Island: Lemura by Greig Beck
2. If This Book Exists, You're in the Wrong Universe by Jason Pargin (wrote the beginning of this series under David Wong)
3. And to finish Hell Divers series by Nicholas Sansbury Smith.

What are you going to read? We like to know what you plan to read.
