Verity

Epilogue

Has anyone read the epilogue? Thoughts? Did it clarify which Verity was the correct one? I read it and just gave more questions…

I feel like it wasn't very deep. It definitely gave me more questions but I don't think it was a writing practice because se was crying, upset, and unsure of her husband unlike how Verity felt about the deaths of her children. I think maybe it is only to show that we thought Lowen escaped from Verity but she now has a new problem with Jeremy.
I have a theory that the epilogue is Lowen using that practice Verity described in the letter. To me it’s seem very similar to those chapters. And Spoiler to those who didn’t read
How would Jeremy even get away with strangling a woman??? To me it doesn’t make since.
