I'm in Cali for an early Christmas with the nieces and nephew. Will be able to pick up a physical copy when I get back home so I will start a bit late. Will start week of the 19th. Might be able to catch up depending on reading pace.

Hii I started reading this yesterday, but I ha e little time to read D: I'm on chapter 4 and for now I have questions but I'm not interested yet as in the other one.
It seems is Avery's time to do her paper and be a nice Cinderella, even th ough she doesn't like that.
Aaand what are Xander, Bex and Thea doing? Looking for Toby too?

I haven't started it because I didn't want to read it alone 😂 and I can't start it now because I don't have the book with me. Hopefully will start it in a few days so that we can discuss it.

Started today on audiobook, so hopefully I’ll catch up with the schedule soon.

Avery just found out something big about her birth certificate and all I keep thinking is that she hasn’t even considered what that implies about Libby yet.

Finally picked this up and started yesterday. I forgot how fast paced the format is for me and I'm sick and fast reader so I'm already at chapter 55. This book just moves so quickly with the short chapters and one clue leading to the next.

I feel that the clue discovered in the birth certificate isn't as 100% without confirmation. Probably true but I don't want to make assumptions with this one.

(view spoiler)[ I do like how the clues are leading the boys to finding their fathers. Even if they aren't going to be a part of their future, they should still know and that is a great inheritance.

I'm really glad that Avery is finally getting a DNA test with Ricky. I hope that Libby stays okay in all of this and I love that Max broke out but hope there isn't too much damage with her family.

Love triangles are not favorite and I find it creepy that she is kind of in love with both Jameson and Grayson so I really don't like those parts. There really is no need for attempted romance with all the other good stuff going on (and I am a fan of romance books). (hide spoiler)]

I've read chapter 46.

I think this book is the father's book. First Grayson, now Nash... But why the hell did Skye thought naming her sons after their fathers surnames? I mean wtf. XD

I have no theories with what happened on the fire 20 years ago, I'm still waiting for more clues... But I do have a theory. What if the girl that was with them wasn't dead neither and she was Avery's mom?
What if there were no dead bodies and it was just a way to start a new life from scratch? What if one of them is someone near Avery? O.o

Any theories about any of this?

Ooh I'm kind of sure Avery is Toby's daughter, and I like to know more about the boys too ^^

And I'm so glad Max is back! She's so funny. When she almost grabs Avery to see Jameson on the jacuzzi lol

I have actually finished the book a few months ago but did not want to start discussing since I do not how far into the book the group is in and did no want to unintentionally spoil it, but my thoughts about Skye naming the sons after the father was that how did the fathers not know about the sons? Also, I wonder how everyone else didn't know who their fathers are?

Didn't it say in the first book that the grandfather named all the boys? I can't remember now. Naming them by their father's last names does seem overly obvious. People surely knew but just decided not to say anything?

Question, did Jameson know that Nash's father was stashed in Costa Rica? Is that why he suggested him for the trip?

No, the grandfather chose the second name for the boys (and from that, the clues on the first book)

Let's say that they didn't look after their fathers because her grandpa was always challenging them to solve riddles haha

Finally started this while I was on the bus, but haven't made much progress (finished ch15). I like that the chapters are short. I kinda forgot the game details they've discovered in the first book 😅 but it's all right, I'll get it when I read more of it.

The good thing about this author is that she does a little sentence so the reader can remember what happened~ but I think this book will not be (much) related to the first one.

Any theories for now, Mina?

Chapter 72

I've said that Avery's mother was Kailey... OK, she wasn't her, BUT CLOSE ENOUGH! This books is all related to their fathers.

And do you know what? I loved that Zara stepped in too. Maybe she seems/is so cold, but she can know a lot of things the boys don't know because they weren't born back then.

I'm curious if Avery will someday find Toby, at least to know his part of the story. How her mother got those postcards if they never were sent.
And I totally understand that she fleed from her family. She seemed a really nice compared to a family of drug dealers. (hide spoiler)]

I didn't expect how fast and action-packed was the ending of this one O_o From chapter 76 to 86 there is a LOT happening.

I expected Toby to appear, and he really did have to talk with Avery, but didn't expect to have another daughter. I mean, he has a lot more to explain than just that.

And oh, I hate Grayson's father. His nephew hated him because he liked to control him, isn't it? I could say I'm glad for Grayson, but I'm not sure, because Tobias I controlled his grandsons too... and make them competitive (and succesful) but it has to be traumatic somehow too.

I'm so sad that I can't join the next GR, because I love commenting this books and having a lot of theories before continue reading. But I want to wait for the translation, which will be published by February. Pity D:
