The Moscow Affair (Nicole Graves, #6) by Nancy Boyarsky The Moscow Affair: A Nicole Graves Mystery

A Vacation to Die For (A Tourist Trap Mystery, #14) by Lynn Cahoon A Vacation to Die For **Finished**

A Calculated Whisk (A Vintage Kitchen Mystery Book 10) by Victoria Hamilton A Calculated Whisk **Finished**

Oath of Loyalty (Mitch Rapp, #21) by Kyle Mills Oath of Loyalty **Finished**

Caught Dead to Write (Cat Latimer Mystery, #8) by Lynn Cahoon Caught Dead to Write - a nice prequel novella to my favorite of Cahoon's series. Read 1Q23.

The Secret Witness (Shepard & Gray #1) by Victor Methos The Secret Witness Read 1Q23. I had to go look this up to see which book it was - titles are often so lackluster... but Methos always delivers a solid mystery. This isn't my favorite series of his, though - I'm a little burned out on the serial killer thing and have "been there done that" IRL, so.

The Tuesday Night Survivors' Club (Survivors' Book Club Mystery, #1) by Lynn Cahoon The Tuesday Night Survivors' Club I have several by Cahoon on here. This was book one of a new series and it has an interesting premise. I have since also read book two and will be keeping this series on my list.

No Parm No Foul (Grilled Cheese Mysteries, #2) by Linda Reilly No Parm No Foul **Finished**

'Til Death (Witch City Mystery, #12) by Carol J. Perry 'Til Death **Finished**

Three Tainted Teas (Kitchen Witch Mysteries, #3) by Lynn Cahoon Three Tainted Teas **Finished**

The Disappeared (Jenny Cooper, #2) by M.R. Hall The Disappeared **Finished**

Eagles Over Britain (After Dunkirk #2) by Lee Jackson Eagles Over Britain - Just read this in the last week (mid-July) and liked it quite a bit, but then I'm a sucker for WWII fiction.

Bitter Roots (Wine Country Mysteries, #12) by Ellen Crosby Bitter Roots -- I finished this entire series earlier this year. Another interesting premise and Crosby melds local history, wine-making and an interesting cast of characters into a compelling mix. I got the sense that she might be finished with this series but I hope not!

Peril in Paris (Her Royal Spyness Mystery, #16) by Rhys Bowen Peril in Paris -- This is my favorite of Rhys Bowens' series and this one did not disappoint!

The Secret to Southern Charm (Peachtree Bluff #2) by Kristy Woodson Harvey The Secret to Southern Charm - I *love* good old southern fiction, and this series is particularly interesting because each book recounts events from a different character's perspective, often covering the same time period as in other books, but throwing in facts and happenings that another "narrator" doesn't seem to know in another book, which changes the perspective on the events quite a bit. The author really makes that work.

Hell and Back (Walt Longmire, #18) by Craig Johnson Hell and Back -- Walt Longmire-- Nuf Said!

The only series I'm familiar with are Longmire and MR Hall's. I refuse to start new series!!! Oh well, maybe. Good luck with your selections.

Lea (leaspot) | 3636 comments Oh, Jennifer, your title is pure gold!

And your list is absolute danger. Not only have I not read any of these books, I haven't started any of these series. I will not come back to visit here at all...OK...maybe I'll just take a peak. I mean, if there's a good series, I need to know about it, right? :-) :-) :-)

yes, after all, you can *know* about a good series without having to *add* it, right? ......

Jackie | 1103 comments I decided that I needed to just quickly skim these titles as I know if I open to read the descriptions I will only be adding more to my impossible list. Good luck!

Midyear update done and I have another one or two off this coming up this week, so I think this might be the list I finish first at this rate.

Jackie | 1103 comments Jennifer, just in case you hadn't noticed this but on The Secret to Southern Charm book, there is a cool feature. If you get the ebook, you see a tablet. If you get a paper book, you see a book. I thought this was very clever!
