Missing cover/"forbidden" image link

Hello! The small thumbnail for a mass market edition of this book is not showing up on my home page, and when I open the image link directly, it just says "Forbidden". Here's the "Forbidden" link:

Could you give either a link to the edition you mean or the ISBN for it please? There are 480 editions, so a bit hard to track down otherwise.

I thought/hoped that providing you with the link for the missing image would have done the trick. (I've come across this issue before, and that was how we solved it.) However! I am of course not familiar with how things work at the back end, so hopefully this will help. Thanks again for the quick response.

I have resubmitted the image to see if it will display correctly, allow time for cached webpages to refresh and then hopefully it will be there

Looks good to me Martin. And Joe, if there were only a few editions we probably could have found it, but a link to the actual book/edition is always helpful. :-)
