Not a book? [Resolved]

I was working on finding a cover image for this entry. I could not find any cover image, even on B&N website since it has a B&N ISBN# and its format is listed as "Nook." In the process of my search, I did find this same title as an article or a paper (3 pages) as a pdf file at several different web addresses, this is one of them: http://hbs.bishopmuseum.org/pi/pdf/15...

So my question is, since this does not appear to be a book, should I mark the status as "Invalid"? I am always reluctant to make such a radical change on a listing without checking with someone else first, since I have only been a Librarian for a few months! Sorry to be such a pest!

It may not be available as a Nook edition now, but it was when it was imported from B&N over 10 years ago. (We no longer import items from B&N, but we did back then.)

So just leave it as is with no cover image? Or I could make a picture of the Title page & use that as the cover image?
