I believe the heroine stopped painting a while ago, and left the paintings at her childhood home and that’s how the sister was able to get them. The two sisters don’t talk, I think because the heroine resents that her sister for always ruining things for her or because guys think the sister is prettier. Anyway, towards the climax of the plot, the heroine has fallen in love with the hero, and he has with her too, but he wants to meet the artist and give the artist a chance at love. He fell in love with the paintings and has always wanted to meet the artist but never has. He leaves the heroine to go travel to meet the artist and the heroine is wrecked. In the end they find out what the sister has been up to and the hero goes back to the heroine.


I believe i read this in 2019. I don’t remember the year the book was published but if I had to take a guess 2010-2018.

I dont remember how the two met, but I think the hero is her boss. Also one of their brothers is present as a side character that helps reveal what the sister has done (i think the heroine’s brother).
