Burns confronts Kim in the parking lot, blaming her for his dismissal. Do you think he knows, deep down, that he’s his own problem or is he incapable of self reflection? Have we heard the last from him?

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3485 comments He will be back with a law suit or bad press to attack Kim. He will never admit that he is his own worst enemy. He can't see where he did anything wrong, and he will justify every decision he made.

Burns has all the attributes of a narcissist so he’ll never have enough self awareness to look inward. Yes, he’ll try to initiate a lawsuit but the brass will crush him. They’ve protected him only to protect themselves but if he tries to sue, all bets are off.

Lynn (ftbooklover) He reminds me of a couple of characters in the Fatal/First Family series by Marie Force. The lead female detective in that series has been plagued by men in her precinct who resent or just plain hate her because she is a female and good at her job. A couple of them have gotten physical with her in some of the books. So no, I don't think we've heard the last of Burns.

Lisa - (Aussie Girl) That was something unfinished. We well may see Burns pop up again to cause havoc.
