Pirated books: set to Invalid?

Good evening,

The short story collection The Deepwater Bride and Other Stories, by Tamsyn Muir, is a pirated collection of the author's stories that someone compiled in an ebook and posted on the internet. It has not been authorized by the author or the publisher and the cover art is stolen, too.

In cases like this, what is Goodreads's policy? Should I set the book status to Invalid?
