Current bug: reviews/ratings from merged editions disappear

There is currently a bug that erases reviews and ratings from merged editions instead of transferring them to the target edition.

Until this bug is resolved, it seems to me mergings involving editions with reviews and ratings should be postponed.

I'm posting this in the supers thread because supers typically merge the editions with more than 5 shelvings, and those are more likely to also have ratings and/or reviews.

This is incorrect. We have done some testing, and it's just the usual caching/delay. If you have specific examples to the contrary, please use the Contact link. This group is not the place for bug reports.
