Please combine the editions

Please help me by combining all the editions to the last one - the auto-combine doesn't do the combination.

All editions of this book are already combined. For future reference, combining editions does not require a Superlibrarian. Such requests should be posted in the Book Issues folder.

If you are instead asking that the editions all be merged into each other, that cannot be done as each of the editions has a different cover image and is a legitimate edition.

In Goodreads terminology, combine means to put all editions of a book in one grouping. All editions are retained. Any Goodreads librarian can combine editions.

Merge means to remove an edition, such as a duplicate, by moving all ratings and reviews from a duplicate edition to the correct edition. The merged edition will be deleted. Editions with more than 5 ratings/reviews must be merged by a Superlibrarian.
