You don't need a superlibrarian to do this, you can do it yourself, see this thread

I tried to do it, but it let me change the status of the book to deleted only with the book with isdn and isdn-13 and it didn't let me fill in the isdn and idsn-13 fields in the other entry

As the edition which lacks ISBNs has 5 or more shelvings, a Superlibrarian is indeed required.

"When a book edition is set to the “Deleted” status, any user activity associated with the deleted edition will be moved to the work’s default edition. If the book to be deleted is the default edition, a new default edition will be chosen for the work."
Reviews from the deleted book should have been moved to remaining one, but they have been disappeared!

My understanding is that it takes time.
All I can say is that I moved one edition to the Deleted status.
