Errrm, Trike, they are the good guys right ;-)

It always seems a bit puzzling that nobody in the Potter books - not even Hermione the muggleborn genius- ever seems to think “hey could we just, like, shoot Voldemort with a gun?” There’s probably a cartoon somewhere where Voldy tries his evil wizard schtick in Texas and just gets shot immediately.

I would hope that Sauron doesn’t even make the Hot 100 for evil armies, because he’s terrible at it. He loses three times and is ultimately defeated by a couple shoeless midgets. 😜
Meanwhile, Thanos rampages across the universe for centuries going from success to success, beating a superhuman army *twice*, only defeated by an extremely unlikely series of events and the selfless sacrifice of a supergenius, the 1 in 14,000,605 chance.
I think Grand Admiral Thrawn from Star Wars is a contender, too, certainly placing in the top 10, if not top 5. His tactical brilliance allows him to win every conflict he engages in and is never defeated. He’s killed by an underling who betrays him.

The Galactic Patrol under Kim Kinninson would be pretty lethal. The number of warships could well be over 80 million plus assorted supper weapons.
