message 179: by Kitty Bit (new)

Kitty Bit | 4 comments My parents raised me to love books, but the two series I loved and read obsessively were the Harry Potter books and The Magic Treehouse series. I didn't read as much after high-school (mostly just fanfiction lol). What got me back into being a total book nerd was Touch of Darkness (even though it was so mid) and House of Shadows (Darcy Coates is a genius).

Pierce Samuel ✞︎ (My Girlfriend's Ver.) (pierces_melted_wings) Charolette's Web and the Beezus and Romona series. I remember going downstairs right when I woke up in 4th-ish grade reading a Beezus and Romona book and like finally realizing the phrase "Too good to put down".

In my defense my father made me read Charolette's Web, but hey, look where that got me
