Does anyone want to read the Folk of the Air series in May or June? I have been wanting to read that series since ages.

It was a good read. I am not sure when we plan on reading book two as its not planned yet.
Suggesting a Buddy Read for Mistborn Era 1 books from Brandon Sanderson.May - #1 - The Final Empire
June - #2 - The Well of Ascension
July - #3 - Hero of Ages
Would also gladly continue the series into Era 2 in following months if there was interest.

I'm not planning to reread The Cruel Prince as I just read it last month. I would be open to reading [book:The Wicked King|26032887 in July.

I misread, i thought it was book 2 The Wicked King for June. Already read book 1 twice. Sorry.

Ok that's why I'm confirming. So, so far no one confirmed Cruel Prince in June but there is interest for Wicked King in July
Any interest in reading one or more works by Rumer Godden. I am open to any of her work, and particularly interested in The Greengage Summer, China Court: The Hours of a Country House, A Fugue in Time
This might be a little late, but would it be possible to continue with the second book in the Six of Crows series in May? The second book is Crooked Kingdom.
Faith, please pick a month you'd like to read any of those books, and narrow it down to the number you want to read that month. For example "For June, I'm suggesting A Fugue in Time, for July, Greengage Summer" etc.
Caterina, I can add that to May's threads. Is the whole group planning on continuing?
May Buddy Read Threads are Here!
Caterina, I added Crooked Kingdom. If your fellow readers don't get to it in time, it can be made into a 2-month read and moved to the June folder at the end of next month.

Thanks SarahKat. I am not sure who is planning to continue reading. I saw a question about it yesterday and decided to ask you to add it before it was too late.
SarahKat- Would it still be possible to update Crooked Kingdom to be a 2-month read? Thank you so much!
I’d like to join Pachinko, Rebecca, The Virgin Suicides, Under the Banner of Heaven, and Crave. For August, I’d like to suggest:
—The Drowned Woods by Emily Lloyd Jones
—Cryptonomicon by Neal Stephenson (probably as a two month read)
I’m open to other months on these suggestions.

I will join Rebecca for Cryptonomicon. Thanks
I also want to join The Cruel Prince because I never managed to finish it in the last buddy read (blush), and I'm feeling pretty determined to go back and finish it.
Valerie and I will be reading The Overstory by Richard Powers in August. Others are welcome to join. Thanks

I'll join in Lorraine. That one's been sitting on my shelf ever since it came out.

I would like to suggest for August ( or any other months after) The Art of Joy by Goliarda Sapienza. It can be a 2 month reading as this book is quite long.
