Alex Cross on Amazon Prime

Amazon Studios has ordered a new Alex Cross series based on the book series of the same name by James Patterson. It will star Aldis Hodge as Alex Cross.

Aldis Hodge will be a perfect Alex Cross. I loved him in Leverage. He was my favorite characters. He is a great actor.

I don't think there will be any comparison to Morgan Freeman after five minutes into the show.

I forgot Jonetta posted this before. Here is an update.

I rarely watch daytime TV, but James Paterson was on the Kelly and Mark show this morning to discuss his new release (collaboration with Michael Crichton). Crichton's wife asked Paterson to finish his last book, Eruption. It sounds great and suspenseful.

Anyway, he is working with a development group to bring Alex Cross to Prime. He said he is working closely to ensure they do his character justice. He doesn't want the fans to be disappointed

Amazon Prime Video‘s upcoming series based on James Patterson’s Alex Cross novels is being renewed for Season 2, Variety has learned from sources.

The show, which stars Aldis Hodge as Cross, has yet to debut its first season or even set a premiere date. But according to sources, Amazon was impressed enough with what they have seen from the first season to greenlight the second and begin casting. Jeanine Mason (“Roswell, New Mexico,” “Upload”) has reportedly already been cast in Season 2

I'm not familiar with his work, but I thought he was perfect when I watched the trailer.

it is a good one - esp for binge watching!

Got hooked on Alex Cross (& Women's Murder Club) by James Patterson many 🌛's ago & look forward to this new cinematic addition esp with Hodge as he is lucious eye candy (if one can still say such 🙁)
