Spy/adventure, It was more modern. Nothing to do with space, aliens, etc.
Also, I don't think they were spy missions. I think the missions might have been heists. The main characters were part of some sort of secret organization that ran the missions.
The special suit made me think of the Secret Histories series by Simon Green, but the main protagonist is male (although his witchy girlfriend is also a fairly main character) https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&r...
It wasn't that series, thanks for the idea though :DAlso the suits weren't the formal attire type suit, but more of a black bodysuit.

Can you describe some of their missions? Locations?
Are they teenagers?
I don't know if i somehow misremembered all this, so I'm gonna info dump every scene I remember. I dont really remember physically reading this stuff, I just still have the mental images, so it could be a weird false memory situation. Ill put my confidence it was in the books out of 10 after each statement.Characters to my knowledge were teens.
I remember the characters being in some kind of museum in paris. 7/10
I remember the main character being put in a special prison in the organizarions facility. Walls were made of glass i think. 9/10
Main character went back to their? house and it burned down or something 7/10
Jonathan wilde was the one from history, staying alive somehow, might have been some kind of cloning pod or pod of some type. This is such a interesting, strange plot point, and makes me think the series was real. 10/10
Just read the name 'Zoe' triggered something, could be related vaguely 3/10

- characters were human, it was set on earth, in the present day.
- i don't know exactly when the book was written. It was recent when i read it ~2016-2018. Could definetly have been a bit older though (2-3 years). The book was definetly made in the 2000s.
