Megan Kratt | 1 comments Hello, I see on the Goodreads quotes page https://www.goodreads.com/quotes/5944..., that Peter F Drucker is quoted as saying “The most important thing in communication is to hear what isn't being said.” I am looking for the origin source- can you tell me if it came from one of his books and if so which one? Thank you!

Hi

This quote doesn't appear in my book of quotations. It appears in numerous places across the web. It is possible that it something Drucker said in an interview, speech, etc. He was a notable person so quotes like that are allowed on GR.
