Meenu | 1 comments We'll Prescribe You a Cat by Syou Ishida! I really enjoyed it especially the concept of having a cat as a remedy for all maladies. There was also some intrigue as to whether certain characters were cats reincarnated but it wasn’t clear. But this is a whimsical and light read and I recommend it!

Audreyhazel Name of the Book: **Unconscious Memory**
Author: **Terrell Bainbridge**
Official Website (The link is not mine): **https://unconsciousmemory.netlify.app**
and they sell on **AMAZON**

> **Summary**

Throughout the book, the author explains the theories they have been thinking about since high school. The book talks about relationships, sex, childhood, addictions, development, self-help, parenting, and how the mind works.

It was quite interesting for me to read such work because the independence of the writing and thoughts makes it extraordinary, away from academic mediocrity. I read this book because I didn't want to read the countless academic garbage and fake self-help books out there. This book literally tells and teaches something.
