Children’s Scary Stories Compendium - read in the late 90s (not part of Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark)

I once got ahold of a collection of scary stories but every time I try searching for it I am directed to The aforementioned series. I’ve looked at the table of contents and they don’t seem right. Here are the stories I remember, there may be more stories in the collection though:

A story where a girl moves to a new house and is immediately plagued with the sounds of a girl screaming from the attic. The attic girl yells for help and pleads ‘don’t let me die up here’ but neither the main character nor her parents ever find anything. One day the house catches fire and the girl runs up the stairs but is trapped, she then screams and realizes she was hearing herself all this time.

A boy who is ugly wakes up one day to find his skin coming off and after a painful process turns out to be very good looking. One day his skin starts cracking again.

A boy goes to a camp where there is a strict rule about going out on the lake after a certain time. He and a friend steal a canoe and stay out past curfew. Turns out there is a monster in the lake who eats the friend.

Something about a monster made from rubbish with claws and teeth of metal shards.

A girl sees faces wherever she looks, one face in some plywood is somehow threatening and either she tries lighting it on fire or it starts a fire… somehow she ends up in some kind of confinement and then she sees the face again on the door.

I know this is a bunch of stories, but I wasn’t really into scary stuff as a kid and I know I read them all close together. (I read it sometime in the late 90s - possibly 2000 - 02.) I’ve wanted to read them again for so long, but can never find a good match.

I think this might be Scary Stories for Sleep-Overs Book 9 by Allen B. Urey. This is the Google Books preview: https://www.google.co.uk/books/editio...
If you search inside for 'fire' or 'attic' you can see snippets from what I think is the first story you describe. Similarly 'skin' for the skin-peeling story, etc.
