Bree starts her new job as a detective in homicide with a new partner, Dana Romano. How did they work as a team?

[Robin]

I thought they worked well together. Dana, as the senior partner, seemed to direct Bree on what steps she should take in the investigation. By the end of the book you could see that they seemed to gel as a team.

[Jonetta]

It was clear from their first interactions that they respected each other. I was impressed at how they seemed to instinctively know what the other was going to do. This seems like a partnership that’s going to work well.

[Sharon]

I liked this partnership. Dana is a good mentor, who can direct Bree while respecting her skills and abilities.
