Deadhead and Buried - H.Y. Hanna - 3 stars

I selected Deadhead and Buried, because of quaint English village location, a cat in the book, gardening prompt and I thought it might be scary. It hit three of those, but was a miss on the scary.

Sown and out 20something Poppy inherits her grandmother's home and attached nursery HOLLYHOCK COTTAGE & GARDENS and immediately finds, well, I bet you guessed it so I won't tell.

This is the first of a series and I have hopes that Poppy becomes less annoyingly stupid and the other characters continue to develop.

I plan on giving it one more shot.
