3. March 6 is National Oreo Cookie Day: Read a book that features cookies, has cookies on the cover, or in which someone bakes cookies. A Doomful of Sugar by Catherine Bruns (Maple cookies are mentioned and there’s a recipe for them included.)
4. March 17 is St. Patrick's Day: Read a book with a green cover (at least 50 percent) or that has "green" in the title. Twisted Window by Lois Duncan
5. March 30 is Take a Walk in the Park Day: Read a book that has an outdoors scene on the cover. The Lost Traveller by Sheila Connolly
