[DONE] Duplicates and invalid records

Hi, this is a big request about the same author, but as it involves several entries that need to be merged, I'm going to break this request into sub-requests.

REQUEST A:

Merge Percy Jackson and the Bronze Dragon into The Demigod Files, the story was never published separately, it's only in The Demigod Files.

REQUEST B:

Percy Jackson and the Stolen Chariot was also never published separately, it's only in The Demigod Files. Only the Italian translation (Percy Jackson. Il racconto segreto) was published separately, I guess it could be merged into the Italian entry or into the book it is published in. In any case, I just separated the entry.

REQUEST C:
Now, this one is also a short story contained in The Demigod Files, but in this case this one was indeed published separately on physical format.
All of the editions combined here Percy Jackson and the Sword of Hades / Horrible Histories: G are either duplicates or false ebook editions (there are no digital editions, it was only published in paperback). Merge them into Percy Jackson and the Sword of Hades.

Please separate the target edition, then combine it with the to-be-merged edition. There always needs to be at least a pair: to-be-merged edition and target edition.

In the case of Request C, there are multiple to-be-merged editions; they still need a target edition.

Regarding Request B: the short should be merged into the book that's in the same language, which in this case appears to be English.

Let us know when the editions are ready.

The merge has timed out repeatedly over a period of several hours. I'm going to turn this one over to Support to see what they can do about it.

Regarding C:
All merges completed successfully.

I heard from Support:

Our developers are actually aware of issues setting books' status to deleted to merge, so I've added your report to the developer ticket. Unfortunately, I wasn't successful merging the book without running into the timed out error, either. Once there's an update on the resolution, I'll let you know!
