Yeah, I was disappointed, too, but recognize Dugoni prefers reality to fairy tale endings. Tracy is chipping away at the department’s infrastructure who don’t realize that those calls for defunding are based on loss of trust. While, IMHO, defunding is so not the answer, they need to look deeply within and come up with credible solutions to restoring trust. Maybe hiring people who believe in accountability and getting rid of people like Nolasco.
It’s inconceivable to me that no one knew what these guys associated with the task force had done. Just looking at their lavish lifestyles should have sounded alarms. They just didn’t care.
Weber is safe…for now. Yes, she’s a survivor but I believe she’s lost the trust of the community, the reason she was promoted. If that’s gone, she’s lost her leverage.
Moss? He’s the one that got away.

I hate that Moss didn't get his due! He deserved it for so many reasons not the least of he used and set up a new detective to cover his own tracks. I really hope we see him brought down at some point. I also thought Weber got off easy, but I love that Tracy confronted her with all of it. And she got tried in the court of public opinion to a point.
