SOLVED. Vague but please. Probably around 2012. I Can't find name of book about a basement that makes people forget you. Unknown age group. [s]

I cannot hardly remember anything about this book. Names, title, author, nothing. I used to be almost positive it was called "forget me not" but there's dozens of books with that title and none of them are this one. I've been searching for 5+ years. Read when i was young but don't know exactly how long ago. In the story this family moves to a new house. Something is up with the basement and when the girl goes down there there's like people (maybe they like didn't have a face or couldn't talk or something like that) and slowly everyone in her life started to forget who she was and then eventually even her family didn't know her and something maybe like she eventually got trapped in the basement with all the people and her family moved away. I know that's vague but please.
