Please separate the editions to be merged, then let us know.

#3 - I merged the first book, but I didn't recombine it with the others.#4 - I haven't done this one yet. When you separate the two editions like you did, the next step is to combine those two editions with each other.
Or, a short cut you can use to make it easier: When you separate the two editions, don't separate them one at a time. Use the Separate Tool to separate both of them at the same time. That separates the two and keeps them combined with each other.
I'll keep this tab open and merge the second book (Msg 4) when I come back to my computer tomorrow.
Absolutely perfect on the German editions, Serdnito! Good job!The Japanese editions had already been merged, so the two that are separated now are a paperback and a Kindle.
These editions are ready to be recombined now, if you'd like to do that.
