Romance book, read within the past 5 years. Similar to Baby Mine but is not it. 3 MCs, not a love triangle. Meet in college. h chooses one over the other. The shy H with unrequited love distances himself bc it hurts too much to see them together. Some time and distance (second H) helps him to move on. Unexpected death of the other H. h later finds out she’s pregnant. Unrequited H comes back in the picture to support her, moves her to his apartment in another state (maybe Colorado), which makes his gf very angry. Dead H’s mother causes issues. Eventually an HEA. Can’t remember more.
