[Done] Please change title of the book and add book format

Hello,
please change the title of this book (Given. 7 [Given 7]) to "Given #7".

I don't know why the librarian that fulfilled my request to add this book (https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...) changed the title, but "Given #7" is a title used by the publisher (http://kotori.pl/nasze-wydania/given/...), and also other books in the series use the same format (eg. "Given #6" - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...)
