Romance with 3 MCs but no triangle, unrequited love, unexpected death, unplanned pregnancy

ROMANCE: Read within the past 4-5 years. Similar to "Baby Mine/Yours" but definitely not it (just re-read them to verify).

Plot: 3 friends, not a triangle. The h falls for one of the two H's and the other H eventually pulls away. It's too painful for him to see their love. However, first H dies unexpectedly. Unrequited H begins supporting the h and she learns she's pregnant with dead H's baby. Unrequited H moves her in with him (to a new state; maybe Colorado). H's girlfriend is NOT happy about the arrangement; they break up. h eventually falls for the H. (Dead H's mother caused a bit of grief as well.)

It sounds a bit like Taking Chances by Molly McAdams but there is a triangle element to it. Or at least from what I remember of the book.
