So I have been looking around for book recs and I have seen so much Colleen Hoover, but I kind of tried to avoid her books due to the overhype. I have no set opinion on her, as I have not read any of her books, but tell me your recs that can maybe give a view on her books. I would prefer a not too traumatising book for starters xD

i started with it ends with us, it was pretty overwhelming (triggered few emotions) but overall i really enjoyed it
Regretting You is a great one to start with! or Confess. they are slightly easier CoHo novels to ease in to the heartache.
The slammed triology! it's the most underrated one
I personally started by It ends With Us, then moved on to Ugly Love, All your Perfects, Verity and Confession. Even though the last one wasn’t really of my liking
My first was Verity and that was great as it is fast paced, more drama / thriller than purely romantic so made for an easy entry point.
i haven't tried anything other than 'Ugly love' as she likes to emphasize on abusive/traumatizing relationships which I personally don't like. but Ugly love was quite decent.
I started with Reminders of Him and then went to Regretting You and then I am about to start It Ends with Us.
My favorite e is Ugly love, but I would recommend reading It Ends With us
Reminders of Him was so good! It did hurt, but kind of in a good way? lol
i started with ugly love. it was emotional, spicy, romantic, heartbreaking. it showed me how much a book can make me FEEL. u cant go wrong w any coho tho!
reminders of him!!! for sure!! and i've read many of her books. i think that's the best one to segue into CoHo
to be honest all her books are literally 6 stars though I've only read 5 of them but I know they are SLAY
I am just t now getting to It Ends With Us Ans I am in love with it so far.
it ends with us is a v good starting place just so u cld get an idea what type of books coho writes & if it's something that fits for u then u can go from there !
I just read verity but I read it ends with us a month or so ago. I think definitely read what the book is about first because like with those two books it’s a lot to think about after reading them.
