YA Fantasy; Flying Monsters appear after a certain time in a day, There are doors leading to different worlds, Boy goes through a door to find his brother

Flying monsters appear every day after a certain time of the day. All of the humans have to lock their doors and stay quiet or else they will be eaten by the monsters. If the monsters taste blood once then they will always return to the site. The main character and his mother accidentally leave a goat in their backyard. The monsters come and eat it. They have to leave their house after and seek refuge from the king because they can't live in their house anymore. There are 3 doors that lead to another "world". All of the main characters older siblings chose a door to try and find a solution to stop the monsters. He sneaks into the room of the doors and is found by a girl his age. No girls are allowed to enter the doors. She forces him to take her with him. There is a gold door, an iron door(?) and a wooden door. The main character want to pick the wood door but he goes through the gold one because he knows that his older brother picked that one. He goes through the Gold door. He finds a world where there is a king who is immortal because he sacrifices young, healthy red heads to a sea monster. He finds his older brother tied to a rock about to be sacrificed. The girl, who came with him, is a red head and she has to pretend to be sick so that she doesn't get chosen either. That is all that I remember. I read the book around 2016-2019.
