Problem Solving Book using Puzzles and Games

I looked at the basics section of your book, the first five pages or so. Looks nice, I solved a couple right off the bat, but I'll need some time to get the others I read :).
One question, though - on the answer for "The three letter words," are you sure you want to use the word "alphabets" where you do?
Have a good week,
Theresa

You are supposed to solve the entire first chapter 'right off the bat'. Things get progressively 'involved' as you go through the book. Stick to the pathway and do not jump the order of problems or skip each detailed explanation. By the time you reach 'matchsticks', you should be quite the problem solver!
I need to replace 'alphabet' with 'letter' in many places throughout the book. Thank you.
Critique is helping strengthen the book!
It uses detailed analysis and a lot of insight, to get more solutions than the original sources, and teach aspects of problem solving: Definition, Analysis, Exploration, learning from failure or inefficient solutions, what is an acceptable solution, implementing, feedback, re-implementation.
The analytical detail should interest mathematicians, let me know your opinion!
