This is an issue for the IT tech support not the Librarians as such, but there appears to be no folder for tech problems.
When exporting to a comma delimited file, embedded commas for Title and Last/First name columns are not Escaped properly within double quotation marks. This oversight results either loading errors or data displaced into the wrong column when trying to use the exported file.
This is a common IT issue and should be easy to fix.
