Please correct page number (The Woman in the Library)

Ok, the page count needs to be corrected on this, but I'm not sure exactly what the final page count should be. I need to get an expert Goodreads Librarian to make a decision on this one.

Here is what all is at the end of the book:
- Story itself ends on page #250
- Pages #251-259 = Excerpt of another book by the author
- Blank page (#260, unnumbered)
- Pages #261-262 = "Reading Group Guide"
- Pages #262-265 = "A Conversation with the Author"
- Blank page (#266, unnumbered)
- Page #267 (unnumbered) - Acknowledgements
- Blank page (#268, unnumbered)
- Page #269 (unnumbered) - "About the Author"
- A couple blank pages.

So, I know that "Reading Group Guides" and Acknowledgements and "About the Author" pages are usually included in the page count on Goodreads, which would mean that the page count should be corrected to 269. However, I know that preview chapters of another book are usually not included in the count. So I'm not sure how to not count the chapter of the other book, since it's between the story and the end material that is usually counted. This is why I would like to get an expert Goodreads Librarian to make the decision on this.

WorldCat lists it as having 265 pages (which is the last numbered page in the book) -- https://www.worldcat.org/title/125273...
I didn't know if you would just want to defer to WorldCat's number, just to make things easier.
