Hi. One of our authors, Liv Andersson, has applied to the Goodreads Author Program multiple times with no success. She followed the instructions given to her in the rejection email and sent in the info requested to no avail. Is there a way to manually add her so that she can create an author page? Thanks.

Goodreads Librarians (including suoer) are not employees of Goodreads, but volunteers. They have no control over approvals of Goodreads Author status. If your author is having a problem with theirs, they'll need to use the Contact Us link on the Help page.
