A group of teen who aren't all friends but go to the same school go on an adventure on a hidden road in the woods. I think they all got a text at school in which they thought was a prank, to go into the woods that a little girl got lost in a long time ago and supposedly died and now haunts the woods. These teens end up on a road that appears only on the anniversary of the girls disappearence. They get up to gates every so often and I believe a bunch of them die. The book is pretty suspenseful and eerie. The teens are girls and boys. I believe the end of the road only a few of them survived, maybe even just one but I don't remember. It's definetly a newer book.
