What qualifies something as a book.

What qualifies something as a book on goodreads. Over the years I have encountered webcomics that have been added and then in recent months have been deleted or listed as not a book. I wondered why that is. I understand why you would create a book if the comic wasn’t going to be completed. But I was wondering if webcomics could still be added because technically it’s a digital media and no different than other digital media services. I just find it easier if I can mark a webcomic series as completed but I can’t do that if it’s been removed or the policy has changed.

Per policy webcomics are not books unless they have been compiled as a book (ebook or print)
