It's updated to Historical Romance. thanks for catching that.

Here is your last task!Last Task: Read books by authors whose first or last name begins with the first letter of your team name.
Books selected for this task need to be written by authors whose first or last name begins with the first letter of your team name. For this task, books with page counts in multiples of 150 will count as more than one book. For example if your book is 300 pages - it will count as 2 books, if the book is 450 pages - it will count as 3 books, and so on. So don’t be afraid to read longer books! Remember to use the first edition Kindle page count!
Remember completion posts with errors or missing elements will not count towards your team total or the completion of this task. The task will be considered ‘completed’ when each team member has completed one book for this task, additional books will count towards a tie breaker if necessary. Help each other out by double checking posts are complete with the first edition Kindle page count!
There is no need to post a team completion in the Q&A thread, I will be checking all team threads at the conclusion of the challenge. 😊
Ooh. this is a new task for us. Is the multiples new too? I don't remember it being by page count, but that's really nice for those of us who tend to read longer books.

I like the new page count rule. I always feel guilty getting the same credit for my shorter books 😅.So the challenge ends on Nov 10... Is it at midnight? I'm trying to figure out how much time I have. I might read my next Finlay Fenn book, but it's about 400 pages, so I want to make sure I'll finish it.

Yes, midnight EST Thursday, which will be around noon Friday for you - give or take an hour since we switched from Daylight to Standard time last weekend...not sure if or when you change.
This task has taught me I need to branch and find more authors with a first or last name starting with an F. At first I thought I’m sure I have plenty of options lol. I finally found
. I guess I need to do one of those A-Z challenges.
I used to do all of the A-Z challenges. I definitely found some new authors just trying to fill slots in them!
I'm going to start with a shorter Madison Faye book just to make sure I definitely have one done, then I'll read my Fenn book.

Although as I said earlier, multiple books won't really make any difference for us, so unless you want to use the task as an excuse to read the 2nd book, it's not necessary. I actually might do that, depending on when I finish my current book (didn't have much listening time yesterday). I have a Marie Force book that's not on my M&G list but I've been looking for an excuse to read!

Ok, we've all got books completed. I checked all the posts and they looked good to me, but since we won't get feedback from Kat for the last week, if anyone else wants to take a look and make sure I didn't miss something, that would be great!
Hey Karen. I tried checking yours. The page count matches the first kindle one. But with the new page, i don't know if that is the one you have linked in your post b/c the page only provides the first edition date which does not match the first kindle edition.
Thanks, Chan! As long as the page count qualifies as the first Kindle page count, we're good. Kat doesn't require the link in the post to be to the correct edition, although I just checked and the link does go to the edition with that page count.I'll be so glad when they finally stop messing with us and just give everyone the new page. Not that I particularly want it, but this back and forth, and some people having one while others have the other is a royal pain!
Great job Team. Fourth place isn't too shabby. As always, i had fun playing with you. Until next time...

Yep, I like finishes like this - respectable, but I'm not not completely worn out like I was after our last Bachelor challenge. Winning's great, but it loses something if you're half dead by the end of the challenge!
Thanks everyone for being a great team, as always!
Totally agree. I had a couple of busy weeks when I was traveling and couldn't maintain my usual pace and I was so glad that it was during TART. I knew you ladies wouldn't be upset with me or make me feel bad for not reading quickly. It's nice to finish a challenge and not feel pooped.
Had a blast again! Got quite a few 5 star reads in this time, which is always good 😄. Looking forward to the next one!
