It just takes about 2-4 weeks to address each request. Not efficient or timely, but I suppose it’s better than letting everyone sloppily add multiple versions, redundant entries without following correct procedures, and creating tons of garbage entries with wrong information. Spend enough time on this site and you’ll realize that if everyone had the freedom to add things as they wished, it would be a mess. I’ve seen a lot of books entered with wrong info, so I hope this slow process fixes that. They need to quadruple the number of librarians.
They are though. You just need to be patient as there are many requests coming in every day. I see it has only been a few days since yours. This is really no time at all. You may bump your request after a few days if you feel it has been missed, but some librarians are specifically looking for requests that have not been responded to so you may want to just leave it alone.
