SOLVED. Shifter Romance where the heroine is a "Phoenix" [s]

At the beginning of the book the heroine is in a wheelchair and lives with her father who is a FBI agent (I think it's the FBI). She's in a wheelchair because she was hit by a car when she was young. She was trick-or-treating with her mother. It was her first Halloween. On top of that she's also allergic to sunlight, she has been since she was born.
She's a genius, and a whiz with computers. When she was working on a case for her father she found out that shifters where real and that they were fighting against a group of "bad" magic users/sorcerers.
Using her skills and money (cause she's rich)she buys a house in the middle of pack territory and has it renovated to her specifications. She does this through one of her companies because she knew that the pack would kick up a fuss about a unknown human living in their territory.
When everything is in place she leaves home without telling her father or brothers where she's going. She drives herself to the house in a RV that she had tricked out to her specs.
