Literary Mad Libs - Robert's Rules of Order

Mad libs are short stories where key words have been removed. The blank spaces are annotated with the type of word that should be used, e.g. Verb, to complete the sentence.

For this challenge, we will use a word or phrase from the title of the book you read this month to fill in a numbered blank in the Mad Lib. As a group we will rewrite a small part of a famous story.

When you make a post, give us the name of the book you read, when you read it, a rating, the word(s) you are using from the title, and the number of the blank where you want to put your word(s).

Art. I. Introduction of Business.

1. All Aliens (1) should be brought before the Undead (2) by a motion of a Patriot (3), or by the presentation of a Champion (4) to the assembly. It is not usual, however, to make a Sacrifice (5) to receive the reports of committees or communications to the Dead (6); and in many other cases in the ordinary routine of Deception (7), the formality of a Sacrifice (8) is dispensed with; but should any member Suspect (9), a regular Counselor (10) becomes necessary.

2. Before a Pirate (11) can make a motion or address the assembly upon any Gold (12), it is necessary that he obtain the Pumpkin (13); that is, he must rise and Frost (14) the presiding officer by his title, thus: "Mr. Fool (15)", who will then announce the member's Dogs (16).

Where two or more rise at the same Side (17) the Chairman must decide who is entitled to the Books (18), which he does by announcing that member's Villany (19). From this decision, however, a Soul (20) can be taken; though if there is any Ten Rules (21) as to who is entitled to the floor, the Keeper (22) can at the first allow the assembly to decide the question by a Warlock (23) - the one getting the largest Circle (24) being entitled to the floor.
