I remember from the sneak peek that his girlfriend thought he was hitting on the bartender so she spilled her drink all over her. Then she realized that he was planning to propose but he gave it up.
I read this sneak peek in 2022, but it was published by the end of the book by that author (no clue who the author was). Maybe you know what could the book be and was it/will be published in 2022?

Do you have any idea if the heroine was the bartender or someone else? This sounds familiar, I can probably figure it out if you can confirm who the female lead is. Or may be i also read it as a sneak peak.
I remember this scene as the guy was surprised to see the bartender there, and then he asks her to put the ring in the drink glass? Not sure.

Though, I am not 100% sure, bcz sometimes i think i m just imagining reading it but never actually read it. But we can give it a try.
