What order do I read these books in?

What order are these books read in, Goodreads tell me one thing but the number on the spine tell me another. Do I listen to Goodreads or my gut feeling? Thank you.
I'm reading them not in the publication order, but in the way harper collins suggests you do (chronologically) , however you can read them in either way.
