Romance Fantasy: originally was started on Quizilla as a story about a female who has a magic power that is the last of her kind and meets a blue elven prince. The ending has a festival of sorts with rainbow paint throwing.

The author is female and from Ireland. Quizilla when it was known for writing stories housed all her chapters. She said she was taking it down to publish this book. But now I can’t remember the name of the book or the author. She’s probably in her 30s now and this is the best story I’ve ever read. I’ve been trying to find it since I graduated high school in 2008.
